DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Taja Coleman (CEO & Creative Director) our Website Design Intern is responsible for creating original website and graphic designs for Wild Quirk Media and their clients. This position includes daily correspondence with the team to create custom visual identities and custom websites, website themes and other various creative tasks that may be assigned.

Bristow, Virginia

Hybrid Remote

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates custom branding & website designs for Wild Quirk Media clients

  • Designs and implements Wild Quirk Media website themes

  • Creates graphics for social media, email blasts & blog posts

  • Writes & creates helpful blog posts on branding & design

  • Edits & maintains Wild Quirk Media's website 

  • Completes all other creative tasks that may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Meticulous with typography, eye for color, ability to design in various styles,

  • Creative problem solving

  • Tech savvy (no coding required)

  • Organized computer files & document layers

  • Understanding of branding and brand strategy

  • Understanding of basic SEO principals

  • Passion for marketing & social media

  • Experience with photography, and patience/passion for teaching & coaching

  • Great customer service and client relations.
