HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:
STRATEGY SESSION
You'll choose your custom deliverable(s) like website design, funnel building, CRM setup, etc, sign an Agreement and make your retainer payment.
Next, you'll schedule a detailed Strategy Session to determine any pre-work needed.
STEP 2:
QUESTIONNAIRE
You complete a pre-work Questionnaire, taking as much time as you need in your custom project portal. (Examples: Provide branding photos, Brand Style Quiz etc.)
You can hop on a call or ask any questions throughout this step if you need it! This is a somewhat collaborative process because as you complete your Questionnaire we'll review it to ensure it's all on brand and will work with our project.
STEP 3:
VIP DESIGN WEEK(S)
You'll choose your VIP Week(s), and we will begin design work! We do not start designing until your Questionnaire is completed- this is what allows our Design Days to move so quickly and easily!
While you won't be on the phone with us for 8 hours straight, you'll need to have texting capability to view our real-time updates and provide real-time feedback.

03. CHOOSE YOUR VIP DAY(S)
Once you finish your To-Do List you'll view our calendar of open dates- we work Monday through Friday. You'll need access to a cell phone as we text throughout the day and we'll want feedback as we work on your deliverables.
02. GET YOUR TO-DO LIST
You'll receive a customized To-Do List to complete before your VIP Day. This could include tasks like providing brand photos, describing your services in greater detail, or completing a website verbiage workbook (if you don't want us to write your site).
